Most folks have heard something about quantum mechanics, whether it be in the news, as plot devices for popular books or movies, or from other crap that borders on religion/philosophy. Afterwards, she served as a chemist in the oil field for 5 years and is currently working as a senior manager in Technical Operations at Aldevron, where she designs and drives processes for GMP manufacturing of biologic materials. She’s a mathematician at heart where the beers are always half-full!
